As Muslims greet the arrival of the Blessed month of Ramadan, IFANCA wishes everyone Ramadan Mubarak. May the blessed month bring you inner peace and spiritual fulfillment. May ALLAH, Subhanahu wa ta'ala, accept your fasting and night salat and reward you with Paradise.
Ramadan is the 9th month in the Islamic calendar, known as the Hijra calendar. During this month, all able Muslims must refrain from eating and drinking from before dawn until sunset, every day of the month. Other restrictions also apply. Muslims are encouraged to spend more time in prayer and contemplation; remembering the CREATOR; reciting the Quran and performing more good deeds. Additional prayers are observed every night of the month. Click here for more information on Ramadan or contact your local Islamic Center or Masjid (Mosque).
